Butterscotch Milk Punch

1 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1 tsp Cointreau orange liqueur
4 oz milk
1/3 oz sugar syrup

Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
